Common checks
Start with the owner of the data.
Balance Point connects to Apple services but does not proxy them through its own server. Permissions and availability therefore stay visible on the device.
Apple Health is not updating
Open iOS Settings, review Balance Point's Health permissions, then return to the app and refresh. Balance Point can only read or write the categories you allow.
iCloud sync is unavailable
Balance Point keeps working locally. Confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled and that Balance Point can use iCloud. Sync resumes when the private container is available again.
I need a copy of my history
Open Balance Point Settings and choose Export archive. Review the preview, then save the JSON file somewhere private. The archive is designed to be imported again later.
I want to erase my data
Use Erase Balance Point data in Settings. This removes the app's local and private-iCloud records. Imported Apple Health samples remain in Health.
Trying to download the app?
TestFlight is the next milestone.
Balance Point is not publicly available yet. The Rival Bear update list will carry the TestFlight and App Store notes when they are real.
